2026 Day of Caring Team Registration Info
Deadline: Wednesday, March 18th
The 2026 Day of Caring will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026 from 8 am - 12 noon!
Your organization/school/business/church group is invited to form a volunteer team and help us to make Grove City a better place for all of us!
Day of Caring Schedule:
- 8:00 - 8:30 a.m. - Check in at Grove City Area Middle School, E. Main Street, Grove City, PA
- 8:15 a.m. - Complimentary Breakfast for volunteers
- 8:45 a.m. - Welcome/Instructions/Group Photo, then depart for your project site
- 9:00 a.m. - 12 noon - Day of Caring Service
- Rest of the day - Feel great knowing that you helped a neighbor in need!
Volunteer spots fill up fast!
- Once we have reached 300 volunteers, registering teams will be placed on a wait list until we determine that we have enough project sites to place volunteers. Be sure to get your registration in early!
When completing your form:
- Email addresses: please enter email addresses carefully; a confirmation email will be sent to each email address you enter; please share the information with those for whom you do not enter an email address
- Age: required only if a team member is under 18
- GCC Students: please indicate if you have a car, and how many total passengers you can take (including the driver); not all project sites are within walking distance
- More than 20 team members? - please complete an additional registration form using the same team name and leader information
- Waivers: All participants must sign a waiver of liability
- waivers for participants under 18 must be signed by their own parent or legal guardian
- waivers are available on the Day of Caring tab or in the confirmation email
- Large groups may need to be split up among smaller projects
